Logstar Park Fehérvár
It is located next to Székesfehérvár, five kilometres from the city centre, in the Szabadbattyán settlement. The site is connected to national and international traffic networks by motorway M7, four minutes from the site.
An active business life characterizes the surroundings as several logistics, commercial, and service providers are in the area. LogStar Park Fehérvár covers 1,000,000 m2 of land, on which 450,000 m2 of buildings can be built. The construction of the area’s public works and road connections has begun, and we have a building permit for our first 18,000 m2 building.
Audi Logisztics
The expansion of AUDI Hungary’s activities in Győr required the creation of a new logistic center developed in line with AUDI standards. The investment was carried out as a builtto- suit development by the joint venture of A-K Construction and Biggeorge Property, and then put into service by AUDI Hungary by right of a long-term rental contract.
The building – occupying 72,000 sqm of leasable space on 20 acres of land at the industrial park of Győr – was handed over in 2013, after a lengthy tender process, and construction works with an exceptionally ambitious deadline. The logistic center, with an immediate connection to the railway network primarily serving the car factory, is operated by Panopa Logistik. After completion, the project was sold to AUDI.
Logstar Park Városkapu
Developed on a 93,991 sqm land right by the intersection of highways M0 and M3, this logistics park offers 33,448 sqm of premium warehouse space across four buildings.
Situated in Budapest’s 15th District, just 10 km northeast of the city center, the park boasts excellent accessibility to both national and international transport networks, making it a preferred choice for prominent tenants.
The first building was custom-developed for DPD, while the other three have been leased to major logistics industry leaders. A limited number of units remain available, accommodating space requirements between 1,300 and 10,000 sqm.
Logstar Park West Gate
LogStar Park West Gate is situated 6 kilometers from Budapest, next to highways M0, M1 and M7. The logistics park is easily accessible by public transport, with both bus and train stations within walking distance, connecting it to Budapest’s key hubs.
This excellent location with great visibility ensures easy access from the capital and a direct link to westbound traffic. Biggeorge Property acquired the business park at the beginning of the 2000's, and in addition to the seven existing building, developed a modern 8,200 sqm warehouse on the 67,631 sqm land. The existing warehouse and office units are continuously being upgraded to meet today's requirements of local and international tenants.
Logstar Park Győr
The property is located on a 44,154 sqm industrial site in Győr, in close vicinity of the Audi factory.
The 22,388 sqm warehouse and the 1,280 sqm office building are fully leased by a single tenant, Rudolph Logistik Gruppe, a major German logistics company that primarily supports automotive suppliers servicing Audi.
Logstar Park Illatos
This multi-wing warehouse building and three-story office complex is situated on Illatos út, a traditional industrial zone in Budapest’s 9th district.
The gated property, popular among tenants, features 4,400 sqm leasable space. The construction of the planned Galvani Bridge over the river Danube will greatly increase the significance of Illatos út, and demand for property on this site is expected to remain high.
Logstar Park Megyeri
The property is located on Megyeri út, at the northern border of Budapest, easily accessible by heavy trucks.
The 1.7-hectare industrial site features two warehouses with a total leasable area of 7,286 sqm, and an office building offering 1,885 sqm commercial space. The warehouse with a headroom of 4–6 meters features heated and air-conditioned spaces for tenants.
Logstar Park Tata
The logistics center – comprising of two individual halls with a total area of 13,044 sqm – is situated in an industrial area of Tata, a historic city in the northwestern part of Hungary.
Fully leased by Trans-Sped Ltd., the facility provides modern, heated spaces with above average internal height that support complex logistics requirements. The offices adjacent to the warehouse area allow for direct control of the storage process. The buildings can simultaneously service 20 trucks. The gated premises offer additional onsite parking for cars and trucks.
