Waterfront City is Biggeorge Property's first neighbourhood-scale development, which is located in Óbuda, 3rd District of Budapest, right by the Danube riverbank.The plot is bordered by Folyamőr utca, Miklós utca, and Bogdáni út, on 5 hectares.

The promenade passing through the 50,000 m² area will connect the project with the Fő tér in Óbuda, located 600 m away, which represents a section of the Óbuda Promenád starting from Kolosy tér, and the international bicycle path towards Szentendre also passes by it.
